We are committed to 100% customer service, and here to help with any purchasing questions you may have before buying from our store.

What can be Returned?

We can exchange and refund on any unopened item within 28 days of purchase.

Important! As our products can be worn directly on the skin and used on post-operative wounds, we are unable to refund on any item that has been opened or tried on. 

Our policy is compliant with ACCC and follows standard industry practice, this is to honour our customers rights as consumers while meeting mandatory health and safety regulations.

*In the event that your garment has a manufacturing fault please contact us asap and we will organise a replacement.

How Do I Return An Item?

Contact our staff before returning your item, they will walk you through the  return process. Once item is received at our warehouse, and approved as a valid return your refund will be deposited into the original method of payment account,( less any shipping and restocking fee) within 3 business day.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee:

  • Change of mind purchases will incur a $9.95 restocking fee 
  • Customer will be responsible to ship the item back to Belly Bands for a size exchange or change of mind refunds.
  • Heal Better will cover any shipping charges for damaged, faulty or wrong items sent to the customer.
